Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that originated in Japan. Reiki (universal life energy) is based on the concept that energy flows through and around us, influencing our physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. As a Reiki Master, I work as a channel for this energy, allowing it to move where is it most needed to support balance, relaxation, and overall harmony.
A “distance” Reiki session takes place without the need to physically be in the same space. Energy is not limited by time or location. During your session, I connect with your energy field and facilitate the flow of Reiki to support the release of energetic blockages and restore natural balance. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, or a subtle sense of lightness or being re-centred.
You can receive the Reiki session from the comfort of your space where you lie down, rest, or simply remain open and receptive. It is not recommended that you drive when receiving Reiki. Reiki is a complementary practice and is often used alongside other forms of care to support stress reduction, emotional wellbeing, and inner alignment.
