  • Near the beginning of the transmission (Leslie’s), I felt energy coming out of my hands and feet. I could also feel the right side of my colon tingle. I have Crohn’s disease- this area of my body holds a lot of trauma, as well as a space of healing. 

    I also noticed I was able to drop into a deep meditative state quite fast. I felt very relaxed and my body felt heavy.
