As a Reiki Master, I work as a channel for this energy, allowing it to flow where is it most needed to support balance, relaxation, and overall harmony.

A “distance” Reiki session takes place without the need to physically be in the same space. Energy is not limited by time or location. During your session, I connect with your energy field and facilitate the flow of Reiki to support the release of energetic blockages and restore natural balance. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, or a subtle sense of lightness or being re-centred. Alongside the Reiki energy practice, I receive intuitive insight and I share these insights with you to support reflection and integration.

You can receive the Reiki session from the comfort of your space where you lie down, rest, or simply remain open and receptive. It is not recommended that you drive when receiving Reiki. Reiki is a complementary practice and is often used alongside other forms of care to support stress reduction, emotional wellbeing, and inner alignment.

This 50-minute one-to-one consult focuses on where the practical foundations of sleep, nourishment, movement, stress, and overwhelm collide with energy management. We will trace key friction points, design small daily shifts, and seal them with a brief grounding practice to assist with integration.

Each session will consist of:

• Energy and lifestyle scan

• Priority selection

• Co-creation of micro-rituals/practices

• Energetic anchoring practice

• Clear action or intention card to support embodiment
